We are Hiring for Junior HR Executive profile in our IT company Logical Soft Tech Pvt Ltd.
Experience: Female with minimum 6 months experience needed in HR on posting and hiring(No Fresher please)
Job location: Indore (M.P) Walkins 11 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday from 9th June to 30th June
1) Hiring for the job profile by posting on different job portal, tie up with consultancy, Colleges, Companies, managing HR activities and operation
2) Hiring for fresher Internship program , Finding leads from different sources and job portal , social media, and excel sheet, colleges, TPOS, Students, training institute, consultancy
3) Making strategies and plan for daily work plan and work on it to get best result
4) Calling and taking updates from candidates who applied, Involved in marketing and tele sales activity, mailing , messaging , what sapping, tracking the report for admission for interns
5) Explain admission procedures and IT courses offered to prospective College students through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings with students in our office.
6) Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities as a representative of the Company whenever needed .
7) Female with personality and good communication Hindi and English will be preferred, having laptop will be advantage but not mandatory.
