Job Description
As an HR fresher, you will be an integral part of our HR team, contributing to various aspects of human resource management. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
✅ Supporting employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.
✅ Supporting performance management processes including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
✅ Assisting in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
