We are a well-established full-fledged e-commerce company looking to hire an HR associate with 6 months to 1.5 years of work experience related to the same field. Candidates preferred from Kolkata. This is a work from home role.
Human Resource Associate Responsibilities
· Work with the company CEO and/or line manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
· Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
· Continually educate employees on company policies.
· Coordinate and direct work activities with managers and employees.
· Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to the appropriate person.
· Obtains and orients temporary help by forwarding requirements and criteria to temporary services; providing information and directions.
· Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs.
· Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
· Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
