Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers Welcome!)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Preferred Candidate: Female candidates strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & interview coordination
Support smooth onboarding — documentation, joining formalities & orientation
Maintain accurate and well-organized HR records and employee files
Assist with attendance monitoring, leave management & basic payroll tasks
Handle employee queries with a polite, professional attitude
Coordinate with internal departments for HR operations
Assist in planning employee engagement activities & company events
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Excellent communication skills (clear, confident & pleasant)
Positive attitude and presentable personality
Basic understanding of HR processes
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
