Position - Junior HR and Admin Executive (Generalist role)
CTC - as per industry standards, depending upon relevant industry experience and role exposure into working at Digital Marketing Agency
Roles and Responsibilities
• Recruitment for Digital/ Integrated Advertising roles like Social Media managers, Brand management and Strategy, Creative solutions / Designer, Copywriters etc.
• End to end HR operations from Employee onboarding to exit
• Conducting Performance Appraisal as per management requirement
• Planning and executing Employee engagement initiative
• Employer branding
• Attendance and Payroll management
• Offer Administration management
• Be single point of contact for all Hr activities.
• Open to work from office
