Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our team at Samvaaya Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR management system.
• Support in managing attendance, leaves, and payroll processing.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, and handling employee queries regarding benefits, leave policies, and work culture.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and support team-building initiatives.
• Assist in managing performance appraisal processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR are welcome to apply.
