Job Description
• End to end recruitment (Major Role) • Joining formalities & Exit formalities • Closing open positions within time limits • Execute operational tasks with quality and accuracy in a timely manner (e.g. various letters generation) • Assist in payroll • Filing of documents • Maintaining physical & digital employee records. • Maintain Leave and Attendance Record • Monitor Field Force • Ensure the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations. • To maintain all data records papers about Recruitment & Selection • Prepare Employee ID cards, Visiting Cards, Employee Certificates, etc. • Any other tasks assigned by HR Manager. Workplace: Work at office Educational Requirements: Any Graduation / MBA in HR Required Skills : Excellent communication, Strong Negotiation, Interpersonal skills Note: Graduate freshers with good communication skills and passion to build career in HR can apply.
