Responsibilities
The HR Executive responsibilities include:
1.Maintain HR documentation ( eg. Salary,TDS,Knowledge of Income Tax.), Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
2.Design compensation and benefits packages
3.Help employees with their appraisals, and employee benefits packages.
4.Mentor Human Resources staff and provide necessary counseling services as and when needed.
5.Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
6.Maintaining compliance with the state, national or local labour or employment laws.
6.Supervising employee recruitment, meetings, and terminations.Create and run referral bonus programs.Review Current HR technology and recommend more effective software ( including HRIS and ATS)
7.Deal with and investigate employee complaints without any bias.
8.Introducing and implementing the use of new technology in the HR department.

10.Ensuring the application of the company’s HR policies.
Mandatory Skills and Requirements
Experience in Manufacturing sector such as metal, steel and Iron Industry
1.Excellent knowledge of the HR cycle.
2.Active listening skills.
3.Ability to work as a part of a team.
4.Organizational and management skills.
5.Conflict-management and problem-solving abilities.
6.Optimistic approach and ability to see from others’ perspectives.
7.Excellent work-ethic and fair dealing.
8.Ability to overcome problems relating to racism, sexism, and nepotism.
+.Negotiation abilities in dealing with new recruits and payroll.
10.Comfortable with the use of near doc and near sheet
Understanding of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and its usage
