Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Junior Human Resources Consultant. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, supporting HR management in day-to-day tasks, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and providing administrative support to the HR department as needed. The role also involves assisting in recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and understanding of HR Management principles
Proficiency in creating, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
Strong skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to manage and resolve employee grievances
Awareness of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with current regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications in HR management would be a plus
Prior experience in a similar or related role is advantageous
