About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
3. Support the implementation of HR policies
4. Help to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are consistent with company values and legal requirements
5. Support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
6. Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives, including organizing workshops and tracking employee progress
7. Assist with the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, scheduling evaluations, and gathering feedback
8. Support HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and workplace safety compliance
9. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
10. Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to contribute to the organization's overall success
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
