Job Description
We seek a talented and detail-oriented 2D/3D Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max be capable of conducting on-site measurements, and have the ability to translate concepts into comprehensive working drawings and layouts.
Responsibilities:
• On-Site Measurements: Conduct thorough on-site measurements to accurately assess spatial dimensions and gather essential data for design projects.
• AutoCAD Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in using AutoCAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and plans based on project requirements.
• Conceptualization: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design preferences, functional requirements, and aesthetic considerations. Translate concepts into tangible design proposals.
• Working Drawings: Generate precise working drawings that include floor plans, elevations, sections, and other necessary details to guide the execution of the design project.
• Material and Color Selection: Assist in the selection of appropriate materials, colours, and finishes to align with the overall design vision and meet client expectations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with the overall project objectives.
• Presentation Skills: Develop and present design concepts using 2D and 3D renderings to effectively communicate ideas to clients and project teams.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to ensure that design solutions are innovative and current.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 2D/3D/3D MAX Interior Designer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, spatial relationships, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and creativity.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for measurements and site assessments.
