Job Description
vAs a Junior Interior Designer he/she should also specialize in Interior and Furniture Sales, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling interior design products. Your responsibilities include driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and meeting individual sales targets within the interior sales division. Additionally, you will assist in interior product design and development under the guidance of senior designers, requiring a keen interest in designing and developing products.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design Support:
- Develop modular designs based on client conversations.
- Assist in creating creative and functional design concepts under senior designers" guidance.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and openness to learning new tools like PALLETE CAD.
- Project expertise in creating BoQ for customers and coordinating with internal and external agencies.
Sales Support
- Actively engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable interior products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information for informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales techniques.
- Expertise in sales closure, leading design meetings with customers, and staying updated on interior design trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in interior design or related roles.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design and creativity.
- Adaptability to learn and grow in a dynamic design environment.
