Job Description
Assists with human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department. Responds to basic employee inquiries. Works within defined processes and procedures to provide Human Resources support to employees.
Assists Human Resources business partners with standard human resource processes such as compensation, benefits, performance management.
Conducts data entry of workforce information with accuracy and completeness in human resource information systems; conducts regular data-entry audits to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Compiles human resources data per defined processes to support Human Resources metrics and measures
Coordinates basic Human Resources business process activities to support the achievement of timelines and quality objectives.
Provides basic staffing and recruiting support; scheduling recruiting activities; data entry; coordinates assessment testing where applicable; coordinates new hire orientation assignments and activities.
Assists in administration of human resources policies and procedures.
