Lovisa Opportunity:
Accountable for the management of the detail included in the OTB, Range Rollouts and Range Schedule. Guide product team on order quantities and margin targets. Provide support to the buying team through data and range analysis and submission of Company reports.
The Junior Merchandise Planner will be responsible for:
Monitor and report on OTB expenditure and communicate to the business weekly
Provide support to the Buying Team on report and range analysis requests
Identify trends, growth opportunities within data and make recommendations to grow the business profitability
Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports needed by buying and merchandising teams to make quick decisions on product direction, on time.
Establish range budgets weekly and report on overall range performance
Ensuring stock target is achieved
Working closely with the planning, buying, sales and operations teams
Forecasting and analysing data
Preparing and contributing to seasonal and weekly reviews
Report on the business-critical path timeline and range release program
Lovisa Loves: A can-do attitude with the following skills:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Medium to advanced Excel skills
Logical approach to range analysis
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet deadlines
Previous experience in a Planning role
A high degree of integrity and confidentiality
An appreciation of all LOVISA Australia brands and their position within the market
Other duties and special projects within skill and competency level as required.
