About Your Next Role
In this role, you'll work closely with the building designer to create opportunities for skill development and personal growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience and grow professionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a Draftsperson, you will need to have a strong understanding of our processes, production standards, and construction documentation. The ability to learn quickly will be highly valued. We’re looking for someone with a genuine desire to grow both personally and professionally in this exciting role.
Your Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed drawings using ArchiCAD
· Attended on-site meetings and conducted site measurements
· Ensure all drawings meet customer, construction, and statutory requirements
· Produce and update changes to plans in a timely manner
· Liaise with engineers, energy assessors, building surveyors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution
Who Are We Looking For?
Ideally, we’re seeking a candidate who:
· Has ArchiCAD 27 experience (essential) with at least 2 years of experience in a drafting role
· Has an understanding of Rescode, Building Regulations, and SHLC
· Can manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines
· Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
· Is eager to collaborate and contribute to the company’s vision and growth
