The Operations Executive at NNIIT is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The role involves managing internal processes, resource planning, vendor coordination, team supervision, and performance tracking across departments to meet institutional goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of academic and administrative departments
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Coordinate with training, HR, sales, and technical teams for process alignment
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
Develop and track KPIs and operational metrics
Supervise support staff and ensure timely delivery of student services
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
Handle procurement, inventory, and logistics operations
Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation processes
Prepare reports and present insights to senior management
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the education or edtech industry
Familiarity with academic coordination and student service processes
Knowledge of Lean/Agile operations principles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
