Key Responsibilities: - Carrying out the disbursement process on a daily basis. - Preparing reports that explain the degree of risk involved in extending credit and strategizing ways to mitigate the risks. - Carrying out credit underwriting for some partners. - Executing, and monitoring processes to facilitate lending with adherence to new and existing guidelines and internal company policies. - Interacting with the internal teams to provide solutions to lending partners in a coordinated and timely manner. Key Requirements: - 0-1 year of work experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply. - Keen interest in the Fintech domain. - Great communication and people skills. - Ability to work hard and long hours on difficult problems and quick learning on the job. - Highly organized through meticulous note-taking and ability to multitask. - Willing to go outside your comfort zone and take new challenges in the company.
