What You’ll Tackle Daily:

As our Junior People & Culture Consultant, you'll be jumping into a role that's as diverse as it is rewarding. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Drafting and preparing essential HR documents like employment contracts, letters, and policies.
Providing basic HR advice and interpreting Modern Awards under the guidance of our senior consultants.
Assisting with client mini HR Audits to assess compliance and identify business improvements.
Supporting performance management, employee relations, terminations, and redundancies.
Supporting the full recruitment process, from writing job ads to onboarding new hires.
Helping with proactive HR management solutions, including training sessions, management coaching, and employee engagement or alignment surveys.
Juggling multiple clients across varying industries and learning the ropes of HR consulting in a fast-paced environment.
Gradually building and managing your own client portfolio with ongoing support and mentorship.
Your Essential Skillset:

HR degree, certificate, or diploma? You’re all set!
Got at least a year of HR experience, especially in B2B or consulting? Perfect!
Know the basics of Aussie employment law, NES, and Modern Awards? Awesome!
Can you make sense of HR docs and dig into legislation? You’re the one!
Super motivated and ready to learn and grow? We love that!
Comfortable chatting with business owners and have strong communication skills? Yes, please!
Detail-oriented, organized, and can juggle time like a pro? We need you!
Can handle multiple clients and industries without breaking a sweat? Excellent!
Great at solving problems and navigating challenges? That’s what we’re looking for!
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)? You’ve got the tools!
