Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Power BI Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this remote position, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports using Power BI to help drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, visualize data, and deliver insights that support strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Provide training and support to users in accessing and interpreting Power BI reports.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of data collection and reporting processes.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and report/dashboard creation.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience
• Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (internships or academic projects considered).
• Experience with data visualization tools beyond Power BI is a plus.
• Working Hours
• This is a contract position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to complete tasks within agreed deadlines while maintaining communication with the team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.
