Job Summary
The Accountant will prepare financial statements and reports for our property investors.
Responsibilities & Duties
The successful candidate role will be:
Preparation of financial statements and other internal reports.
Preparation of monthly management reports that are sent out to third-party investors and accounting firms.
Ability to investigate report variances.
Prepare budgets in coordination with the property managers.
Ability to reconcile bank statements.
As duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you will require the following:
Relevant accounting education and experience.
Property Management experience would be preferred.
Strong understanding of full cycle accounting.
Exhibit professionalism with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational, time management, analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong computer skills. Knowledge of MS Office and and and understanding of computer saftware.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a busy environment with careful attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
