- Creating workflows and processes.
- Global talent market analysis
- Performing end- end recruiting activities.
- Leading internal projects related to Talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Use effective sourcing strategies.
- Talent mapping
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience working within Recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for Nordic or European region is a plus.
- Experience with RPS is a plus
- Experience with running projects that improves the recruitment models.
- Good communication skills
