Why we need you
You’re passionate about education and ready to make a meaningful impact. As a School Advisor, you’ll work directly with schools to help them get the most out of Compass. From introducing new modules to supporting staff with training, you’ll be a trusted partner to educators looking to simplify their systems and strengthen their communities.

What you’ll be doing
As part of our Growth team, you’ll collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive expansion within our existing school partnerships.
You will:
Proactively identify new business opportunities from inbound leads and outbound outreach
Deliver onsite and online demonstrations and training for school clients
Promote awareness of new Compass modules and features through direct engagement and events
Exceed quarterly targets for module sales and subscription growth
Represent the voice of the customer to inform future product development
Track your pipeline, calls, meetings, and tasks in Zoho CRM
Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to support broader growth initiatives
Requirements

We’re looking for someone who understands the needs of educators and can confidently lead conversations about how Compass can support teaching, learning, and school operations.
You’ll bring:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence in learning and teaching digital systems
A customer-first mindset with an eye for opportunity
A warm, professional presence that builds trust with educators
Experience in EdTech, education, or school-facing roles (highly regarded)
