Responsibilities:
Good to have but not mandatory experience in Educational industry. Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including educators, administrators, and decision-makers. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns. Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product development and sales strategy. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the education industry and stay current on market trends and competitor activity. Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales results. Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the company.
Requirement:
BBA / MBA graduates.
