Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior School Teaching Assistant at Wellington College International Pune. The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for assisting with teaching activities, supporting classroom management, providing one-on-one assistance to students, assisting with planning and preparing teaching materials, and conducting assessments. Additionally, the Teaching Assistant will collaborate with the teaching staff and support the overall development and well-being of the students.

• Assistant Teaching and Education skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with children
• Basic understanding of Mathematics
• Knowledge in child development and learning
• Patience and empathy
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in an educational setting is a plus
• Qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
