About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Set up new organic search optimization campaigns
2. Review and analyze sites for areas needing improvement
3. Work on content development and optimization
4. Work on SEO copywriting for the website and social media posts
5. Work on on-page and off-page optimization
6. Work on link-building skills would stand out
7. Prepare and execute strategies to increase traffic/ leads and domain authority
8. Improve 'rank' in major search engines
+. Set measurable goals/KPIs that demonstrate improvement in the marketing efforts
10. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
11. Communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals & set appropriate KPIs
12. Research & develop keywords and recommend a copy for optimizing organic search campaigns on the major search engines
13. Research and analyze competitor advertising links
14. Create and execute link building strategy
15. Work on quality checking and proofreading
Who can apply:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. 1 - 3 years of experience
3. Should have an interest in new learning & initiatives
4. Must have a liking for marketing and business development
5. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
6. Experience with SEO industry tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, etc.
7. Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools, like Google Adwords, Tubebuddy, Ahrefs, etc.
8. Knowledge of technical tools i.e. required in SEO, like Screaming Frog, GTMetrix, Site Speed Insights, etc.
+. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
10. Should have an analytical and process-oriented approach
11. Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team
12. Excellent internet surfing knowledge
13. Proactiveness and ownership are a must
