Job Description
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company
ROLE PURPOSE:
Support the SOC and business by operating and maintaining security tools via phone and ticketing system,
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle daily BAU requests in ticketing system and phone
• Operate and maintain security tools
• Coordinate maintenance of vendor managed security tools
Work Experience: 0-1 year of work experience in IT Security field is an advantage
Education: B.Tech or MS/M.Tech/MCA/MBA Information System
Licensing/Certification : Any certification in security field is an advantage (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH)
Technical Knowledge:
• Knowledge of security tools
• Generic TCP/IP knowledge
• Generic knowledge of security workflows
• Having knowledge of Cyber Security fundamentals
Language: Fluent English
