Job description, work day and responsibilities
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and empathetic social media & outreach manager who will play a critical role in growing our digital presence and ensuring more families, educators, and NGOs are connected to our courses and offerings.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategize, manage, and grow social media platforms for KnowDisability.org and our e-commerce brand.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the internal team to create high-quality content, including video reels, carousels, and stories.
• Run paid ad campaigns, optimize for conversions, and track performance.
• Create engaging campaigns that align with our mission, calendar, and product launches.
• Reach out to parents, NGOs, and special education centers to encourage enrollment in our courses (online, at our Delhi studio, or at their own locations).
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure follow-ups for conversion.
• Coordinate workshops or webinars to generate interest and visibility.
• Invite parents, special educators, and changemakers to feature on our upcoming podcast.
• Curate engaging content ideas for the podcast in line with our mission.
• Work with the internal team to schedule, record, and promote each episode.
