About the Role
Join our team as a Junior Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer and support global clients with technical solutions. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a client-facing technical role.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in designing and presenting technical solutions for clients
• Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with sales teams
• Help run POCs, benchmarks, and solution validation
• Support architecture consulting for cloud, DevOps, Big Data, and AI systems
• Assist in market research and GTM strategy development
• Handle ad-hoc technical tasks and initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in technical, pre-sales, or consulting roles
• Basic understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, or IT systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Eager to learn new technologies and take initiative
• Team-oriented and able to work under guidance
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
• Available to join immediately
