Junior Staff Accountant Hybrid Schedule About the Company & Opportunity: Mission driven non-profit focused on racial justice, education, political participation, etc.
Conveniently located in downtown Manhattan near multiple train lines.
Hybrid schedule offered after four-week in-office training period.

Upon joining, cleanup of old charges that require coding and reconciliation Process ACH payments for card payments Create journal entries to be input into MIP Communicate with Senior Leadership regarding discrepancies Assist with month end close preparation Experience Preferred: 2 years of related experience, basic accounting knowledge preferred Basic - Intermediate Excel skills required Bachelors Degree a plus Nonprofit experience not required, all encouraged to apply!
