We work only on exclusive mandates with guaranteed timelines and are focussed on strategic positions. SearchLight team comprising of 25 experienced professionals who will ably assist you in closing your requirements in a time-bound and efficient manner.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment
2. Handle the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. from understanding the job description to sourcing candidates from various sources (job sites, headhunting platforms, emails, references, internal databases) coordination of interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, post-offer process, and final joining
3. Work on sourcing & sending CVs on a daily basis to our clients for the mandates assigned to you
4. Manage to interview candidates on the suitability of the profile for the company's requirements based on their experiences in the industry, skills, assignments handled and communication skills
5. Handle telephonic and/or video screening of applicants to assess technical competence, credentials and attitude
6. Work towards being the point of contact with the client and servicing their mandates in a professional approach
7. Work on uplifting the image of the organization and discharging all professional responsibilities within a defined timeframe and process
