Vignam is an organization set up by IIT Roorkee graduates. We aim to enhance the current classroom teaching with the help of gaming education and interactable 3d simulated models for that we are planning to open an institute.
About the Internship:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 6-8 class teacher to join our school faculty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of middle school students. As a 6-8 class teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, creating engaging lesson plans, preparing activities, assessing student progress, and promoting a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and standards
2. Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters student learning and growth
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback on a regular basis to students and parents
4. Work to use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
5. Assist with integrating technology and other resources into instruction to enhance learning
6. Work to collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
7. Work to communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and promote family involvement in learning
8. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning
1. Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
2. Teaching certification for the appropriate grade level and subject area
3. Previous experience teaching middle school students preferred
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
6. Familiarity with current technology and resources used in the classroom
7. Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
