Leading Property Management company, located in North Goa , is looking to hire a JUNIOR VILLA MANAGER with a background in hospitality preferably.
This position requires the candidate to be detail-oriented, hard working, organized, with strong oral and written communication skills.
Own transportation and flexibility in working-hours are a must.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Carry out customer check-ins and check-outs
Help handle an auxiliary team comprising of butlers, housekeepers, cooks, and/or gardeners.
Assist in managing daily accounts
Overview property maintenance on a regular basis
Conduct basic staff training
Daily report to the Management
SALARY INR 25000
