Job Description
- To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Ensure that the advisors achieve business targets set for them.
- Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of Advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in sales field work
- Graduation in any field
- Local Candidates will be given first priority or have resided in the same city for more than 3 years
