Learn more at: Summary We are looking for a highly qualified and enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to teach Classes 11 and 12 under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should be skilled in simplifying complex concepts, integrating practical demonstrations, and preparing students for board exams and competitive exams like NEET. Key Responsibilities • Curriculum Delivery: Teach Chemistry to senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) aligned with CBSE and NEET frameworks. • Lesson Planning: Design lesson plans that blend theory with real-life applications, experiments, and problem-solving exercises. • Student Assessment: Conduct evaluations and provide feedback to track academic progress. • Lab Management: Supervise Chemistry lab sessions and ensure safety protocols are followed. • Parent Communication: Maintain regular academic updates and collaborate with parents for student growth. • Professional Development: Take part in academic workshops, training sessions, and department initiatives. Qualification Requirements • Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Physical Sciences • OR Graduates/Postgraduates with a strong Chemistry background and relevant teaching experience in CBSE +1 & +2 • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) • Proficiency in MS Office , PowerPoint , and digital classroom tools Qualification Levels • Founder Level: 1–3 years of experience teaching senior school Chemistry. Involved in classroom delivery and basic lab sessions. • Master Level: 4–8 years of experience. Assists in academic planning and student mentoring for board/NEET. • Developer Level: ++ years of experience. Leads curriculum planning, guides junior teachers, and integrates NEET-focused modules. Screening Process • Subject-Wise Written Test – To assess conceptual depth and problem-solving in Chemistry. • Proficiency Test – Evaluates digital competency and MS Office usage. • Reading Test – Conducted via MS Teams to evaluate clarity and fluency. • Teaching Demo – Mock session to evaluate teaching style, practical explanation, and student engagement.
