We provide high quality, professional yet accessible & affordable health care and support to Whanau in the surrounding communities.
Our comprehensive wrap around services includes GP Clinic, Tamariki Ora Team, Disease State Management Team, Community/Whanau Support and Mental Health Teams, Whanau Ora ,Pharmacy, Dental Clinic, Healthy Lifestyles and more.
We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced & enthusiastic Kaiarahi-Support Worker to join our Team working with Whanau in the community.
The successful applicant must be prepared to gain a good understanding of the Kaupapa & policies of the Te Puna Hauora client led model & respect the rights of the Whanau at all times. Communication & organisational skills are essential and you must have the ability to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of people.
The successful applicant will have:
Current Full NZ Drivers License
Excellent time management & administration skills
Competent using Microsoft Word & Outlook
Ability to work independently & also as part of a team
Ability to easily build rapport with Whanau of all backgrounds and nationalities
Ability to speak Te Reo would be an advantage
Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
