About Us:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to support our Northern California territory, ideally based near San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will drive business growth and execute strategic sales initiatives within the neuro-molecular imaging space, particularly with large specialty practices and advanced imaging facilities. You’ll leverage your expertise to promote LMI’s unique product offerings and build relationships that support our mission to make a difference in patients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement tailored sales strategies to capture and expand opportunities within the assigned territory, aligning with LMI’s business goals.
Drive Territory Sales: Generate leads, secure referrals, and establish strong relationships with prospective clients in specialized neuro-molecular imaging markets.
Product Expertise: Articulate the distinct features, benefits, and competitive advantages of LMI’s products, positioning them as essential tools in patient care pathways.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with LMI colleagues, radiopharmaceutical partners, and industry thought leaders to ensure alignment, transparency, and strategic synergy.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for nuclear medicine physicians, referring neurologists, and imaging specialists.
Maintain Compliance: Operate within company policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical and compliant interactions.
Negotiate Contracts: Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with third-party providers, collaborating with LMI’s legal team.
Leverage CRM Tools: Use CRM software for lead tracking, process management, and activity reporting.
Reimbursement Knowledge: Utilize expertise in healthcare reimbursement to deliver value-added services and insights to clients.
Travel: Up to 80% within territory including overnight stays.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated experience in sales and business development within radiology/imaging, neurology, or neuroimaging.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical neuroimaging and related sales environments.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to cultivate and manage high-impact client relationships and projects.
Passion for Impact: A shared commitment to improving the lives of patients with Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative conditions.
Adaptability: Ability to manage change in a dynamic, evolving healthcare landscape.
