Job Description
Monarch Education is currently recruiting a Key Stage 2 teacher for a warm and nurturing primary school located in Stourbridge, Dudley. The school are seeking an individual who can provide support in Maths and English intervention groups, contributing to the children's learning and development. This role is set to commence in February 2026 and will conclude in July 2026. Ideally, the school is looking for an experienced member of staff but is open to considering Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who have relevant experience.

Positive relationships between staff and pupils are fostered, creating a conducive learning environment. The school is eager to appoint a teacher who adopts a nurturing approach to learning and development, ensuring these relationships are maintained.
Salary: £150-£225 per day
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
• Planning and delivering lessons within the curriculum to a high standard
• Creating a welcoming classroom environment to ensure pupils feel comfortable and enjoy their learning
• Assessing and recording the progress of each pupil, as well as reporting relevant information about their progress and attainment to parents
• Modelling positive behaviour management and restorative approaches
• Facilitating exceptional progress through effective assessment practices
• Providing feedback to pupils and setting clear targets to advance their learning
• Monitoring individual pupil progress, particularly in Maths and Literacy
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience of working within Key Stage 2 SATs
