Pay range differs by class(we are hiring for PG, Nursery, LKG and UKG).
We are looking for an enthusiastic kindergarten teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. Qualification needed to teach them effectively, include knowledge of best practices and pre school educational methods as well as the ability to engage them and earn their trust and attention.
Create a healthy mental and emotional development of the child, so that they can easily acclimate in the next stage of their education path.
Responsibilities
Design and follow a complete teaching plan.
Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities.
Supervising children during class hours, lunch time, and in play area.
Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information.
Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing.
Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
Treat children with dignity and respect.
Enhance and implement teaching methodologies such as hands-on learning activities and mind maps.
· Be responsible for the emotional and physical well-being of every child.
Requirements and skills
2+ years of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher.
Strong communication skills.
Must enjoy working with children.
Excellent knowledge of child development and latest education theories.
Creative and artistic teaching abilities.
Patience and flexibility.
Cooperate with administration staff.
Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month and it depends upon about exp and placement.
