Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about early childhood education and have a strong commitment to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for young children. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for Kindergarten students. • Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment. • Use innovative teaching methods to engage students and support their academic and social development. • Assess and track students’ progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians. • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and professional development opportunities. • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. • Relevant teaching certification or license. • Previous experience teaching young children in a classroom setting is preferred. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
