The Role: Kindergarten Teacher
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to lead our exceptional kindergarten program. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coordinate engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of each child.
Assist in completing Kinder Funding applications and required documentation.
Facilitate transition-to-school programs and prepare transition reports within designated timeframes.
Organise and conduct parent information nights twice a year.
Work closely with families, colleagues, and allied professionals to create a stimulating and safe learning space.
Ensure programs align with the National Quality Standards, the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012.
Participate in monthly team meetings to collaborate and drive excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
A passionate educator with a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education childcare background is highly desired.
VIT registration (including provisional).
Current First Aid qualification, including Anaphylaxis and Asthma (support available to obtain this).
Strong knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in written documentation and planning.
A proactive, solution-focused, and positive can-do attitude.
Availability 5 days a week.
Experience with KindyHub is a bonus!
