What the role involves
In the kitchen:
Preparing and assembling a range of menu items
Following recipes accurately
Maintaining clean, organised workspaces
Supporting our chefs during busy service times
Front of House:
Greeting customers and providing great hospitality
Serving food and beverages
Keeping the café tidy and presentable
Helping create a positive experience for every guest
What we’re looking for
Genuine interest in cooking and food preparation
Friendly, confident customer service
Good eye for detail and ability to follow recipes
Clean and tidy work habits
Understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety practices
Willingness to pitch in across the entire café
A calm, cheerful approach when things get busy
Experience is a bonus, but it’s your attitude, energy, and willingness to learn that will make you stand out.
