Kitchen Hand
One of Sydney's best Japanese restaurant, Sushi sei is looking for a Kitchen Hand, Kitchen Staff and Kitchen Team Member for our fine dining Japanese restaurant with a passionate, fast-paced kitchen hand, strong work ethic, is looking to grow into a casual role and enjoys working in a team environment.
Duties include:
Assisting our team of chefs with basic food prep
Washing dishes, pots, utensils
Sanitising workstations
Cleaning and mopping floors
Make sure all areas in the kitchen are clean and meet quality standards
Removing rubbish
All applicants must be motivated, independent and enjoy a challenge.
The ideal applicant will have:
A passion for food
organize and prepare food and kitchen space
Work with the chef and management on properly storing stocks.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of food preparation, health and safety
Previous hospitality experience working in a fast-paced environment
Visa valid for a period more than six months.
