Visamo Nalsarovar Resort is looking for a reliable Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The Kitchen Helper will be responsible for basic food preparation tasks, including cutting, basic cooking, making phulka (flatbreads), and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area. This role does not include cleaning utensils.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with basic cooking tasks, such as cutting vegetables, preparing ingredients, and making phulka (flatbreads).
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces.
• Support the kitchen staff by ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Please Note: The Kitchen Helper is not responsible for washing dishes or cleaning utensils.
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations, including making phulka and basic cooking techniques.
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
