Responsibilities:
• Making certain that all recommended measures are put in place is essential in order to ensure that food remains safe for human consumption.
• Upon receiving truck deliveries, it is mandatory to inspect all products and carefully examine them for any signs of damage or missing items.
• If you want to maintain the freshness of your products and ensure optimum usage, it's crucial to develop a system for dating, rotating, and storing any items you receive in the same shipment.
• Acquiring essential information daily to prepare for a 48-hour timeframe.
• To guarantee compliance with Domino's standards, all preparations will be carried out with strict adherence to their guidelines.
• Giving the dough a full day to ferment, tracking its date, and re-chilling it afterwards.
• Proper temperature management is an integral part of food preparation and should not be overlooked.
• Checking and recording the temperature of all cooling units

• Preparing all recipes' cooking ingredients, including provisions for sandwich mats and lined pans.
