Job Description
Applicants should have interest in Japanese food/culture and be willing to learn/grow on the job. Being a small restaurant, team work is very important. Responsibilities include making salads, preparing miso soup bowls, dish washing, operating tempura bar, preparing appetizers, food preparation (devein shrimp, cut vegetables, make sauces, etc.) and general cleaning.
Experience welcome but not necessary. Wage increases available for strong workers with solid skill set.
Staff meal is provided at the end of the shift.
Hours are approximately 25 hours per week. Shifts are as follows:
LUNCH SHIFT / Tues-Fri 11:00am-2:00pm~ (about 3 times per week)
DINNER SHIFT / Mon-Sun 5:00pm-+:00pm~ (about 4 times per week)
