Duties

Help cooks with meal preparation by following recipes and instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Ensure food safety standards are adhered to by following proper food handling procedures.
Stock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-equipped for service.
Support the culinary team during peak hours by providing timely assistance with various tasks.
Help pack takeout orders during busy hours
Skills
Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with kitchen tools, including knives and cooking equipment.
Willingness to learn new culinary skills and techniques.
A passion for cooking and the culinary arts is a plus.
