Duties

Help cook and prepare meals under the guidance of chefs or cooks.
Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
Stock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Support kitchen staff during busy service periods by providing assistance wherever necessary.
Clean workstations and dining areas to uphold a high standard of cleanliness.
Skills
Strong interest in hospitality and food service environments.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to following health and safety regulations related to food handling and cleanliness.
