Duties
Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including all cooking equipment and utensils.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling and preparation.
Help with inventory management by receiving and storing food supplies appropriately.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
Participate in regular training sessions on food safety and kitchen best practices.
Support the team in various tasks as needed to maintain an efficient kitchen operation.
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry or a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is a plus.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new skills related to food service and meal preparation.
