Role: KS3 Teacher
Location: Exeter
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Main Pay Scale + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded SEN school in Exeter, committed to providing exceptional education and care to students with a range of special needs, including speech, language and communication difficulties, autism, aspergers, SpLD, MLD and other needs. About The Role
• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN
• Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of your students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feel valued and supported
• Work closely with support staff, parents and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
• Act as an excellent role model
• Make full use of professional development opportunities
Who We Are Looking For
• Qualified teacher or have other relevant teaching experience
• Experience in working with and inspiring students with SEN is essential
• Must be passionate about helping students who find things difficult
• Flexible, positive, proactive and a 'can do’ attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work well as part of a cohesive team
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum, particularly at secondary level
Working With Long-term Teachers
