Role: IAM Sailpoint Engineer L3 - IMS Banking - 2 roles
Location: Riyadh, Saudi (Onsite)
Type: Full time – Perm
Visa: Sponsored incl. Family members, Insurance and mobile expenses
Experience: 5+ years
Availability: 60 days max.
Skills: IAM, SailPoint, ITIL Processess
Requisites:
Provide L3-level support for IAM + SailPoint in a mission-critical banking environment. Design, architect, and optimize OAM + SailPoint platforms; manage capacity and upgrades. Lead major incidents and mentor L1/L2 teams; produce post-incident reports. Define standards and implement automation (scripts/Infra-as-Code). Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
